You will feel validated and reassured with me as your doula and parenting guide!I specialize in creating nurturing connections, offering wisdom and guidance, and coaching new parents. I love helping new families learn how to become confident and self-assured in caring for their new little one.

I offer daytime Postpartum support to honor the value I bring as a parenting coach.A typical daytime shift is 4 to 6 hours of care - enough to help soothe your worries, boost your confidence, aid with any challenges, and cook you a lovely meal!

As a mother, I have first-hand knowledge of what it is to be blessed with a newborn, exhausted and lost in the unknown.This is where I come in - with deep empathy and compassion...- Former teacher with a love of lullabyes, reading and storytelling- Raised two adult children while living in Italy- Certified trauma-informed non-violent (NVC) parent educator- Certified in Postpartum Doula support with ABG Doula Training- An excellent cook, specializing in postpartum nourishment

investment

My services are available for newborn to 6 months postpartum, up to 5 days a week, from 4 to 6 hours per day. Meal prep is optional. A typical postpartum care package spans anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks of support.My hourly rate is $65. I am open to taking a limited number of reduced-rate clients.Contact me to see if we are a great match for working together!I'm excited to be able to support you during this tender and fleeting time of new parenthood.
